poem about the death of the red brick realm
In a land of red bricks,
Once stood a mighty realm Towers that scraped the sky And streets that overwhelmed
But time it marched on And change it came with force The red bricks started to crumble Their strength was no longer endorsed
The people tried to hold on To the glory of the past But decay had set in And their efforts couldn't last
The red bricks fell one by one As the realm slowly died Leaving behind memories Of a world that had thrived
Now all that's left is rubble Where once a kingdom stood A testament to the fact That all things must yield to the good
The death of the red brick realm Is a reminder to us all That even the strongest empires Can crumble and ultimately fall.
